The WAIVE Sampler is an AI-powered VST that generates original music samples based on public domain recordings, offering new ways to compose and experiment. WAIVE is designed for producers, DJs, and live performers. The VST allows you to explore European heritage archives and create custom samples and soundscapes from field recordings, historic broadcasts, and more.

The WAIVE Sampler is created in collaboration with the Netherlands Institute for Sound an Vision and  Arran Lyon. The tool is part of the WAIVE project, which is financed with the help of Mondriaan Fund and Creative Industries Fund NL. 

 

WAIVE technology is completely free, open-source, and collects no personal data.
